Conditions of the facility and regulations of the equipped area

The Beach equipped beach of Cala Mancina it's not a beach and therefore It does not have bathrooms or showersHowever, there are still some in the vicinity of the area coin-operated communal showers, public toilets and various bars and clubs where it is possible to eat or use the toilets (often reserved for customers after a drink).

Opening hours

The equipped area is accessible from 9:00 to 19:00.

After 7:00 PM the use of beach furniture is not permitted, to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next day.

Reservations and payments

Reservations can be made through our website, or by email/phone number indicated in the contact information.

Reservations are daily and nominative; it is not permitted to transfer or sublet the equipment to third parties.


Assignment and use of workstations

Each umbrella is intended to a maximum of 2 people and includes 2 sunbeds. It is not allowed move sunbeds or chairs from your position or occupy other people's spaces.

Even partial use of umbrella equipment Unassigned will result in immediate charge of the relevant daily cost. No changes are made changes of place.

Rules of conduct

  • It is not permitted to introduce own beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs, sunbeds, etc.).
  • It is forbidden keep bulky mattresses or inflatables that obstruct the passage.
  • It is not permitted to introduce animals of any speciesexcept guide or rescue dogs, according to the provisions of the Port Authority of Trapani and the Sicily Region.
  • It is forbidden listening to music without headphones or at a volume that causes disturbance.
  • It is forbidden to shout or make a racket.
  • It is forbidden throwing garbage, cigarettes or other objects on the sand: use the appropriate containers or hand them over to the designated personnel.

Infringements and Responsibilities

Revoke access

In case of infringement of the rules, the Management reserves the right to revoke access to the equipped area. without obligation of refund.

Infringements

The Management also reserves the right to refuse reservations from customers who have behaved incorrectly in the past.

Responsibility

Personal items left unattended I am not responsible of the equipped area or of the structure that manages it.

Reference legislation

The use of the equipped area is governed by the regulations in force regarding beach safety, cleanliness and public decorum, as well as by the provisions of the Port Authority of Trapani, the Sicily Region, and the competent Municipal Authorities.
